Projects is a Pipedrive CRM Feature that allows companies to streamline their sales and after-sales process in one place, creating and managing projects and their project related data and activities in Pipedrive.
“Billing Cycle” means the length of time between the last statement closing date and the subsequent statement closing date. The amount of days in a Billing Cycle may fluctuate month to month since the number of days in each month varies.
“Subscription” a Client’s monthly or annual purchase of access to a Feature.
“User Management” means a group of settings that controls User access to different Features and permissions within the Services. If a User has an Authorization to access User Management then he/she can control other User’s access to the Services, Features and their data access.
By default, all authorised Users of a Client Account with active Free Trial or Subscription to the Projects Feature can use it.
The Projects Feature can be purchased as an additional Feature on top of any Plan for a Fee.
At any stage, admin Users of a Client Account may request to start a 14-day Free Trial, or to purchase a Subscription to the Projects Feature.
The Client can select the number of Users which they want to subscribe to the Projects Feature on the Subscription management page when starting the Free Trial. Client will have the ability to amend Users access via User Management.
Can be undertaken at any time throughout a Billing Cycle. The User will be provided with immediate access to the Projects Feature and the Client will be charged a prorated Fee corresponding with the remaining days in the Billing Cycle.
Can be undertaken at any time throughout a Billing Cycle. The User will immediately lose access to the Projects Feature, however no refund of any pre-paid Fees will be provided. The Client will be charged for the amount of active Users to the Projects Feature in the next Billing Cycle.
A Client may cancel their Subscription to the Feature at any stage, this will result in immediate loss of access to the Feature and no refund of any pre-paid Fees will be provided.
All Fees are non-refundable. In the event that Pipedrive suspends a Client’s access to the Feature at any stage for suspected abuse or breach of these terms, no refund or reimbursement will be provided.
