Pipedrive awarded Mental Health Employer Laber by Peaasi

New York, October 15, 2025 – Pipedrive, the easy and effective CRM for small businesses, has been awarded the Mental Health Employer Label by Peaasi, Estonia’s leading non-profit organization for mental health advocacy. The label recognizes Pipedrive’s ongoing commitment to creating a work environment that values mental well-being and takes proactive, thoughtful steps to support the psychological health of its employees.

Every year, Peaasi awards this label to organizations that demonstrate a deep and systematic commitment to employee mental health. This year, 90 organizations in Estonia across the private, public and education sectors applied for the label. The initiative encourages companies to reflect on their workplace practices through the lens of mental well-being and inspires others to adopt healthier, more inclusive workplace cultures.

“We’re incredibly proud to be recognized with the Mental Health Employer Label,” said Liina Adov, personal coach and DEBI manager at Pipedrive. “At Pipedrive, we believe that mental well-being is not just a benefit – it’s a foundation for a healthy, high-performing workplace and we’re committed to making sure our people feel supported as whole human beings. This recognition motivates us to continue improving and to keep mental health at the heart of how we work.”

Global initiatives at Pipedrive supporting mental well-being

While the recognition was awarded by an Estonian organization, the well-being programs are global and accessible to all Pipedrivers, regardless of location.

  • In-house coaching program. All employees have access to certified in-house coaches with backgrounds in psychology. About 1 in 6 employees used the service in the past year, praising its confidentiality, relevance and speed.

  • Well-being days. In addition to regular vacation provided by the law, every employee received 3 extra days annually to rest and recharge.

  • External support. Pipedrive partners with health insurance providers and EAP programs in different locations to enable best local support for our employees.

  • Crisis support system. In case of local or global emergencies, Pipedrive’s people team provides location-specific support, ensuring continuity of care and leadership assistance.

  • People partners and people advisors. Employees can reach out to neutral, trained support staff for guidance in complex or sensitive situations.

  • Compassionate leave. Additional time off is available for employees dealing with serious personal events, such as bereavement or divorce.

  • Annual workshops and awareness events. Tailored to employee feedback, sessions such as those addressing impostor syndrome promote self-awareness and provide practical tools.

  • Belonging and connection. Initiatives like cross-team lunches help strengthen workplace relationships and foster inclusion.

Receiving the Mental Health Employer Label is both a recognition and a motivator for Pipedrive to continue enhancing its people-first approach. The company is committed to ensuring that well-being remains a living, evolving part of its culture.
