Pipedrive earns triple recognition for culture, pay and leadership in 2025 Comparably Awards

New York, December 11, 2025 – Pipedrive, the easy and effective sales CRM for small companies, today announced that it has been recognized across three major categories in the 2025 Comparably Awards, one of the most widely used benchmarks of workplace culture and employee experience in the US and Canada. The company received awards for Best CEOs, Best Company Culture and Best Companies for Compensation, all based entirely on anonymous feedback from current employees.

These recognitions place Pipedrive among the top-rated workplaces in North America and come at an important moment following the appointment of Paulo Cunha as CEO earlier this year. In 2025, the company introduced updated ways of working designed to strengthen collaboration and decision-making, with a greater focus on experimentation, faster feedback loops and cross-functional problem-solving. This includes expanding Pipedrive’s familiar “artist and scientist” mindset, encouraging teams to combine creativity with clear, data-informed choices.

“What makes these awards so meaningful is that they reflect how people genuinely feel about working at Pipedrive. Our teams bring real passion for our product and customers, and they show it every day as they experiment, challenge ideas, and learn together. The changes we introduced this year are meant to give that way of working even more room to thrive. The sense that employees feel supported and energized here is incredibly motivating, and it encourages us to keep building a workplace where people can do their best work and feel connected to something they care about,” said Paulo Cunha, CEO of Pipedrive.

Pipedrive ranked #14 in Best Company Compensation, #15 in Best Company Culture and #22 in Best CEOs, each category grounded in the words and experiences of the people who make the company what it is.

Pipedrive has more than 800 employees across 10 offices worldwide. The company continues to invest in talent and product innovation as it strengthens its position in the CRM category.

The Comparably Awards evaluate key workplace factors such as leadership, career development, compensation, work-life balance and overall employee sentiment. Winners are selected using thousands of anonymous employee ratings submitted over a 12-month period, with additional weight given to companies with high participation relative to their size. Comparably, part of ZoomInfo, is widely recognized for providing one of the most comprehensive datasets on workplace culture and compensation, based on more than 20 million anonymous ratings across 70,000 companies.
