More control over user access rights
Did you know that Pipedrive accounts have several types of access? Users can have access to Deals and/or Account settings.
Account settings include user management, billing, security center and company settings. Deals access lets you see pipelines, leads, deals, contacts and all related features. Admin users with Account settings access can manage access for both types under Settings > Manage users.
If you’re inviting a new admin to the account, by default, the new admin won’t have access to Account settings. However, you can enable Account settings permission to their profile if you wish.
Users with just Account settings access have a free seat, which is ideal for companies with finance departments that need visibility.
