In case you missed it... Pipedrive updates February 2022

It’s been a special month for us at Pipedrive. We hit a major milestone and ramped up the rollout of an exciting new product. Here’s a round-up of what you may have missed.

Pipedrive reaches 100,000 customers

We’re proud to say that Pipedrive supports over 100,000 companies with their CRM needs.

A massive thank you goes out to our loyal users who have backed us and provided feedback to help us build the tools we have today.

To mark the occasion, we trawled through our archives to find the story behind the numbers.

Check out our video to see how an Estonian garage, a user in Antarctica and one million pipelines played a part in us reaching 100,000 customers.

Campaigns by Pipedrive brings marketing and sales together

Our Campaigns by Pipedrive tool brings sales and marketing under one roof to help you grow and nurture your target audience into sales-ready prospects.

Say goodbye to time lost moving marketing data between different platforms, lack of insights on marketing leads for sales teams and high spend (and overload) on dedicated tooling.

With Campaigns by Pipedrive, you can craft attention-grabbing email campaigns with our intuitive drag-and-drop email builder, filter contacts for targeted segmentation and get real-time, easy-to-follow reports on your content’s performance.

By having all your sales and marketing data in one place, you’ll have increased visibility of your revenue cycle and be able to work toward common goals to boost your bottom line.

Campaigns by Pipedrive is being rolled out gradually to existing Pipedrive customers and will be widely available to everyone by summer 2022.

More control over user access rights

Did you know that Pipedrive accounts have several types of access? Users can have access to Deals and/or Account settings.

Account settings include user management, billing, security center and company settings. Deals access lets you see pipelines, leads, deals, contacts and all related features. Admin users with Account settings access can manage access for both types under Settings > Manage users.

If you’re inviting a new admin to the account, by default, the new admin won’t have access to Account settings. However, you can enable Account settings permission to their profile if you wish.

Users with just Account settings access have a free seat, which is ideal for companies with finance departments that need visibility.

You can try Pipedrive for free for 14 days, no credit card required.
