Last month, we improved our lead generation tools. We added new lead acquisition and conversion reporting features, as well as enabling Professional and Enterprise users to make calls to contacts in their Leads Inbox using Caller.
With Pipedrive’s new leads insights reporting features, sales teams get the insights they need to improve their sales pipeline and increase revenue.
You can now measure your lead generation and conversion percentages in your dashboards with two different reports:
The performance report shows how many leads have been created, archived and converted to deals
The conversion report outlines the rate at which your team converts leads to deals with filters including lead source, creator and time periods.

If you’re on the Professional or Enterprise plan, you can now use Caller in the Leads inbox as you would if you were phoning a Contact or Deal from one of your main deal pipelines.
There are two ways you can access a phone number and make a call through a Lead’s profile:
Linked Person’s number
Phone type Lead/Deal custom field
In both cases, all you need is a phone number in the Lead’s detail view.
