We’ve been busy at Pipedrive HQ making several updates to some of your favorite tools. To make sure you don’t miss out, here’s a summary of what was new in October.
Get more quality leads with Prospector credits
LeadBooster subscribers can make the most of 10 free Prospector credits each month to help reveal the contact information of their target customers.
If you have LeadBooster, you can use your free credits to uncover the verified emails, direct phone numbers and social accounts of your matches from a database of 400 million profiles.
We’ve added the free credits to your LeadBooster subscription so you can get started right away.
You can now also add additional credits in several ways. You can add more credits in a one-off transaction or opt to add credits on a recurring basis. If you add credits on a recurring basis then the more credits you choose, the cheaper the cost per credit overall.
LeadBooster users also get unlimited access to Scheduler
There’s even more good news for our LeadBooster users. That’s because you now have unlimited access to the Scheduler features available on our Professional plan, regardless of which Pipedrive plan you are on.
Our popular Scheduler tool helps you arrange meetings with your leads by sending calendar links with your availability via Live Chat or, if a lead has been qualified, via Chatbot. You can also send calendar links via email as a follow-up to conversations.
Once your lead selects an option from your availability, your meeting is automatically synced to your or your reps’ calendars (if you have email sync set up) and is also saved as an activity in your Pipedrive account.

View your leads in the Activities tab
To give you more context on your upcoming activities, all Pipedrive users can now view associated leads in the Activities list and contextual view.
This means you no longer need to switch between the Activities and Leads tabs to check what your activity relates to.
You also have the option to link an activity to a lead, or create a new lead to be linked to, within Activities, creating a useful overview of the task.
If your lead becomes a deal, you can simply select your activity, unlink the lead and ‘convert to deal’, which will also place your deal in the Deals view.
Create customizable sections in Insights
We’ve made it easier for sales managers and reps with a large number of reports to find the data they need.
With our latest Insights update, you can now manage your reports and dashboards from a customizable section within Insights.
You can customize your section to group reports and dashboards, delete old reports in bulk and rename sections to make them easier to navigate.
Head over to the Insights tab and organize your data in a way that suits your needs.
