Our Solution provider partnership program is for solution providers who want to market and resell Pipedrive along with their professional services such as sales consulting, onboarding, implementing, and customizing.

Solution providers also own the customer relationship by providing sales, billing (Elite tier only), technical support and account management. There are certain technical certifications and commitments that need to be met to participate in the program.

We offer two partnership tiers: Elite and Premier. Once you apply to the solution partner program, one of our team members will consult with you and determine what software vendor tier is the best fit for your business.

Our ideal Pipedrive solution provider has:

  • Years of solid customer engagement/CRM/marketing automation experience
  • Clear territory coverage across a specific geography or industry expertise
  • Deep technical capability to support implementations and integrate products
  • Experience managing customers and customer support
  • Measurable KPIs for demand generation

Criteria:

  • 5+ years experience in the software industry
  • This tier will own the entire management of the account and will have full-time internal sales, marketing, engineering, support, billing and project management resources
  • Revenue target and volume quota
  • Sales and technical certifications (2 sales, 2 implementation)
  • Business and marketing plan
  • Marketing budget in place
  • Quarterly business review

Compensation:

  • Discount on list price
