We’re looking for a Junior Colleague Experience Partner to take ownership of the efficient and effective administration of HR operational activities within our Lisbon hub. In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR functions, including managing administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee records, overseeing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and more. Your new adventure:
- Completion of all employee lifecycle tasks, including handling HR queries, issuing documentation, updating the HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, conducting HR inductions, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and drives, ensuring confidentiality and security, handling data changes, terminations, and archiving while ensuring compliance with record management, security, and GDPR regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs ensuring appropriate onboarding and offboarding, act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions.
- Office tasks like distribution of mail received in the local office to appropriate departments for action
