We are looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator Intern at Pipedrive to support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering a smooth, engaging, and high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. Over the course of a year, you’ll build foundational skills in recruitment operations, coordination, communication, and process optimisation. This is a fixed-term role with a duration of 12 months.

Your new adventure:

  • Support the coordination of interviews, relevant documentation, and candidate communication across global time zones, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Candidate Experience Partners to ensure a smooth and consistently high-quality hiring process
  • Ensure timely and thoughtful communication with all candidates, maintaining a positive experience throughout their hiring journey
  • Help monitor process flow to spot delays or gaps, sharing observations with the team and proposing initial solutions to support continuous operational improvement
  • Participate in projects that enhance candidate experience, improve team processes, or optimise recruitment workflows as Pipedrive continues to scale
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent team on ad-hoc tasks and initiatives that provide broader exposure to recruitment operations and the full employee lifecycle
