We're looking for a SEM Analyst to join our Berlin or London office. In this role, you'll get a chance to be the analytical backbone of Pipedrive's SEM team - building the data foundation that powers faster, bolder paid search decisions at a global scale.You'll be joining a strong martech environment - our Marketing Analytics team has already built a solid, well-structured data foundation. Your job isn't to start from scratch; it's to extend and deepen what exists, bringing SEM-specific insight and channel expertise that takes our data capability to the next level.

Your new adventure:

    Reporting & In-depth Analysis (70%):
  • Build and maintain SEM performance dashboards on top of our existing data infrastructure - clear, reliable and built for both at-a-glance reporting and deep troubleshooting
  • Develop deep expertise in the Google Ads API to unlock granular data at keyword, search term, bid strategy and audience levels - building the analytical layer that takes our SEM insight from good to exceptional
  • Go beyond platform-native reporting - joining ad platform data with internal metrics to connect paid search activity to real downstream business outcomes
  • Design and track A/B tests - from hypothesis through to conclusion - ensuring learnings are clearly documented and translated into the team's next move
  • Turn analytical findings into sharp, actionable recommendations that the team can act on with confidence
  • Campaign Management (30%):

  • Support the creation, management and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management and negative keyword development
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag issues and opportunities proactively

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of experience in a data/marketing analytics or SEM role with a strong focus on reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in Tableau/Looker/BI tools for data visualization and dashboarding
  • Practical experience using SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and handling large datasets.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources - platform exports, CRM data and internal data tables
  • Familiarity with Google Ads data - you understand what the metrics mean in a paid search context
  • An analytical mindset, you ask why before you answer what
  • A background in maths, computer science, economics or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Google Ads API is a plus
  • Experience/interest in utilising AI for data automation/analysis is a plus
