We’re looking for a junior solutions engineer to guide new customers through the onboarding journey in our Lisbon office. In this role, you'll act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams like sales, customer success and customer solutions. By tailoring CRM configurations to specific business needs and resolving any setup issues along the way, you’ll help customers unlock the full value of Pipedrive from day one—contributing to satisfaction, retention and long-term success.

Your new adventure:

  • Collaborate with new customers during the onboarding phase to understand their business needs and tailor account configurations to meet specific goals
  • Set up and optimize customer accounts in Pipedrive, ensuring efficient workflows and usability
  • Act as the primary technical resource for onboarding customers, providing guidance and expertise on CRM functionalities and integrations
  • Resolve technical issues encountered during the onboarding process, leveraging troubleshooting skills and product knowledge
  • Work closely with sales, customer success and customer solutions teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment during the onboarding phase
  • Provide clear, effective communication with customers to guide them through technical setups and best practices
  • Leverage API knowledge to assist with advanced configurations or custom solutions for customer needs
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring accounts are set up to maximize long-term usability and value
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Continuously enhance product expertise through training and hands-on experience to deliver the highest level of service

Does this sound like you?

  • At least one year of experience in a technical support or customer-facing technical role
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency with APIs and MySQL databases
  • Confidence with troubleshooting, CRM tools and technical documentation
  • The capability to translate customer goals into effective CRM configurations
  • An understanding of CRM best practices and onboarding workflows
  • Talent for clear, proactive communication and collaboration
  • A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
  • A focus on helping customers succeed and get value quickly
  • A degree in a technical or related field is a plus
