We’re looking for a Junior People Analyst to join our Performance, Reward & Benefits team. This is a dual-focused role where you’ll not only support reward-related activities like benchmarking, salary review preparation, bonus cycles, and monthly promotion updates, but also contribute to People Analytics & Governance initiatives — helping us turn data into insights that drive better people decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in data analysis and People processes, offering a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the field of People & Culture within a dynamic environment. If you’re early in your People Analytics journey but already bring a strong mix of curiosity, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of the fundamentals, we would love to chat!
This is a fixed-term role with a duration of 12 months.

- Support our compensation and benefits processes by analysing market data, maintaining salary structures, and assisting with salary reviews, bonus calculations, and stock option grants
- Help us track and optimise our performance management process with data insights and reporting
- Assist with the smooth administration of our benefits programs, resolving employee queries, and liaising with providers
- Prepare reports and insights that shape People & Culture decisions and support leadership with clear, actionable data
- Maintaining the accuracy of our people data and helping drive improvements in how we work
- Collaborate with teams across P&C and Finance on projects that impact the whole company
Does this sound like you?
- Foundational knowledge of Reward, Benefits, and Performance Management: understanding the basics of how salary structures, bonuses, and benefits programs work, and what performance reviews are all about
- Data analysis skills: hands-on experience gathering, cleaning, and interpreting People data
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets is a plus
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Google Data Studio) is a plus
