Pipedrive users with the Microsoft Teams or Zoom integration can now add video calls to Scheduler invites when setting up meetings.
Setting up video meetings with Pipedrive’s Scheduler feature is now even simpler.
If you have the Microsoft Teams or the Zoom integration, there is now an option in Scheduler to add a video call using one of these integrations.
There is a drop-down menu in the ‘Meeting details’ view where you can select either Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Your meeting invitees will then receive an invitation with a link to join the video call.
Previously, users had to manually add a Zoom or Microsoft Teams link after they had set up the meeting, which was easily forgotten and took up precious time.
If you are using Scheduler but don’t have the Zoom or Microsoft Teams integration, you can install it from the ‘Meeting details’ view on Pipedrive.
If you have either of the video conferencing tools, you can visit the Pipedrive Marketplace to set up the integration and start adding video links to your meetings.
Scheduler is available to all Pipedrive users. We’ll also be adding a Pipedrive integration with Google Meet in the next few months. If you want to start managing your leads, prospects and customers more efficiently, why not try Pipedrive free for 14 days.
