Users on the Advanced, Professional and Enterprise Pipedrive plans with access to workflow automations now have visibility over which of the steps in their workflows are executing, thanks to the automations history section of the feature.
In the “History” tab, you’ll find a list of all the executions in your automated workflows. To find a specific execution, you can filter by…
Workflow name
Time period
Status
User who triggered the workflow
Beside each execution, there is a symbol that informs you of its status:
A green circle containing a check mark indicates that the execution is working correctly
A purple circle indicates that the execution is pending
A red circle containing a white cross indicates that the execution failed when it tried to work, so something needs to be corrected
A grey circle with a line through it indicates that an execution cannot proceed, but not due to a failure – for example, a condition step in the workflow is not met and the execution stops
This new functionality enables you to double-check all your workflows are performing correctly and troubleshoot the problem if one isn’t.
