Receive a notification on your Android or Apple device about changes to any deal, person or organization you own or follow as soon as they are made with Pipedrive’s new push notifications feature.
We know how important it is for our users to be able to make quick decisions and react to any change in their Pipedrive account instantly. We also know how hard it can be to stay up to date with all your team’s tasks and activities.
Thanks to Pipedrive push notifications on mobile, you’ll know the moment your colleagues do something relevant so you can react quickly to keep leads warm, push them through the pipeline and make sure all your data is accurate.
Push notifications are easy to set up and customize. You can turn “on” or “off” notifications about any deal, person or organization you own or follow.
If you choose to receive notifications from a deal, person or organization, you’ll be notified about the following changes:
To a deal:
To a person:
To an organization:
When you receive a notification, a pop-up will appear at the top of your screen with the deal/person/organization, the change that has been made (for example “Note added”) and the user in your team who made the change.
The push notifications feature is available to all Pipedrive mobile app users. You can find out more about the mobile app on our support page. Or to find out more about Pipedrive and our 14-day free trial go to our pricing pages.
