You can now schedule emails in Pipedrive so you can send the right message at the right time. Never miss an opportunity to engage your contacts with this new functionality.
Pipedrive users on the Advanced, Professional and Enterprise plans can now schedule emails to be sent at a future date and time.
This new functionality has many great benefits. Here are just a few ways you can take advantage:
Send emails during your off hours, without connecting to work, if you’re working with customers in different time zones
Schedule team emails to go out at the start of the day to help your reps plan their weeks
Create emails at your own time, but send them during working hours
Align your email strategy with a time-sensitive campaign or event
How to schedule emails in Pipedrive
We’ve added a new dropdown option to the email composer and the details views, as part of the ‘Send’ button.
Here it is in the composer view:
And in the composer view, once you’ve clicked on the down arrow:
Select ‘Send later…’ and you’ll be able to choose either a predefined time (next Monday morning, tomorrow morning or tomorrow afternoon) or put in a custom time. Times are shown in your current timezone.
If you want to review or cancel scheduled emails, you can find them in your Outbox, where it takes just a few clicks to delete them.
Email scheduling works for group and individual emails.
